The Colella VO 300 STANDARD flywheel is the classic model, essential for those who do not want to give up the pleasure of manual cutting. The STANDARD version, unlike the higher models with steel details, is made up of all the details in contact with the food in anodized food grade aluminium.

DIMENSIONS AND TYPE OF CUT

The Colella flywheels with a 300 mm blade diameter are medium-sized compared to the respective 250 mm and 350 mm blades, they allow the cut of a full medium ham.

SAFETY

DOMESTIC AND PROFESSIONAL USE

The standard Colella VO 300 flywheel, as well as the other available models, is equipped with an integral CE ring around the blade for passive safety of the operator during the cleaning phase of the slicer. It can be used in both professional (serial number with certificate of conformity to CE standards) and domestic environments.
