GUARANTEED PRODUCTS
WARRANTY VALIDITY
Privates : Colella provides a 2-year warranty on the purchase of each machine. It is sufficient to keep the receipt or invoice proving the date of purchase.
Professionals (with VAT number) : With invoice issue, the guarantee is 1 year ‘Professional’ purchases do not fall under the rules for consumer goods, even if the products are the same. The law is designed to protect end consumers; as far as professional users are concerned, the Civil Code applies, which provides for a warranty period of only one year. Therefore, those who buy with a VAT number (and invoice) cannot access the warranty benefits provided for by the Consumer Code (Title 3, Chapter 1, Article 128)
GUARANTEE
The guarantee does not cover damage caused to the equipment through improper use or use other than that described in the manual, nor does it cover normal wear and tear.
Throughout the warranty period and after-sales service, the slicers and vacuum packers viene provided by Colella technicians to guarantee the customer maximum service both in speed that in quality. In the event of a manufacturing defect, the machine will be sent directly to the parent company.
Colella will be the reference for the customer from purchase to any after-sales service. The kitchen equipment distributed by Colella is professionally manufactured: the compatibility of spare parts over time is therefore provided in the years following purchase

Parcels are shipped throughout Italy and the rest of Europe via express courier.

- at the customer’s request, it is possible for the purchased material to be delivered by Colella vehicles and personnel directly to your home without the need for special packaging, thus avoiding possible transport damage (*for flywheel slicers)

- for long-distance shipments, special packaging and wooden crates can be created to preserve the integrity of the contained equipment during transport
SHIPMENTS AND DELIVERIES
Unless otherwise agreed, shipments will be made by carriers defined by Colella. No transport costs are charged for items in the online shopping mode in Italy and France. All items in the Colella online shop are in stock: from confirmation of purchase the parcel will be dispatched within 12 hours. The delivery time strictly concerns the timing of the courier: indicatively, delivery will be made within ten working days from the date of the order in Italy and fifteen working days abroad: the same may be subject to variations due to force majeure or due to traffic and road conditions in general or by act of the Authorities. Delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties, will take place on all days, not including holidays, from Monday to Friday.
